Build your own 6 inch model of the New Museum!

Since its founding in 1977, the New Museum has been a site of experimentation and a hub for new art and new ideas. In 2007, the New Museum opened its flagship building at the terminus of the Bowery and Prince Street, designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architects SANAA / Kazuyo Sejima and Ryue Nishizawa. The New Museum’s expansion designed by OMA / Shohei Shigematsu and Rem Koolhaas, in collaboration with Executive Architect Cooper Robertson, respects and complements the original SANAA building while doubling the Museum’s gallery space, creating flexible venues for site-specific installations and special events, building a purpose-built home for its cultural incubator NEW INC, and adding an outdoor plaza for the display of public art.

Made in New Zealand of 100% FSC sourced wood. Approximately 4.5 x 3.5 x 6 inches (L x D x H)
