Shipping and Return Policy


  • $9.95 Standard Flat Fee Shipping applies to orders shipped in the contiguous 48 states. This rate does not apply to orders shipped internationally.
  • Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico standard shipping cost is $44.95. Free Shipping offers only apply to standard delivery shipments.
  • Your order usually arrives within 7 business days for most in-stock merchandise. 
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
  • Most packages will be shipped by USPS.
  • Please note Return Policy, Final Sale and Restocking Fees Policy on select items.
  • Orders over $125 ship free of charge. Please note that your order total must reach $125 before tax is applied in order to be eligible for free shipping.
  • Additional charges may be required for oversized items. In the event of a delay, you will be notified by email
  • Orders are shipped Tuesday – Sunday, excluding federal holidays
  • Web orders are available for in store pick-up.



  • We currently ship within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
  • We also offer international shipping from our physical location.
  • Call us at 212.343.0460 or, Tuesday – Sunday 11 AM – 6 PM ET to inquire about International shipping. 
  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be charged in accord with our shipping table. These states do not qualify for free shipping. Most orders arrive within 5 - 7 business days, excluding holidays. 
  • Most International orders arrive within 10-14 business days.
  • Express International shipping is available for an additional fee per order and most orders arrive within 5-7 business days.
  • The recipient is responsible for all applicable customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, or Value Added Tax (VAT). We declare actual value of the merchandise for all orders.



  • All orders shipped to a New York State address will incur a sales tax of 8.875% except for apparel items, which are exempt.
  • Taxes are based on state and county locations of your shipping address. At checkout, all appropriate taxes will be added to your order.

  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise to us in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
  • Limited editions, multimedia items, memberships, periodicals, posters, earrings, and sale merchandise are non-returnable unless defective.
  • A refund or exchange will be issued for items returned, excluding shipping charges.
  • Online purchases may be returned at the Museum Store location. These Items are not processed in the store.
  • Processing of the refund will take up to 2 - 3 days.
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
  • All returns must be accompanied with a receipt/invoice.
  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us at 212.343.0460 or within five business days for instructions and an exchange or credit.
  • The items returned must be in its original product packaging in salable condition and mailed in an appropriate size shipping box.
