The New Museum and Third Drawer Down are pleased to present an intriguing series of unique Mystery Multiboxes. Each Mystery Multibox includes one of four incredibly well-known and provocative artists’ multiples, but the object contained within each one is unknown. The four artists were selected to participate in this project by the New Museum’s curatorial team members Lauren Cornell, Benjamin Godsill, Jarrett Gregory, and Amy Mackie. The featured artists’ multiples include: Douglas Gordon, Baby Bodysuit, Rashid Johnson, Tabletop Installation, Fawn Krieger, Paperweight, Tristan Perich, Electronic Music Box. Special Edition of 2,000 (500 per artist, plus 20 artists’ proofs).ONLY Rashid Johnson, Tabletop Installation and Fawn Krieger Paperweight are available.
All boxes have been opened and taped shut.
