Contiguous US:
Orders within contiguous United States are shipped via FEDEX Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Most orders arrive within 7-10 business days, excluding holidays. Express shipping within the continental United States via FEDEX is available for an additional $15 per order and generally arrives within 2-3 business days. Deliveries cannot be made to Post Office Boxes.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico:
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be charged an additional $10 above standard shipping rates (see below). Unfortunately, these states do not qualify for free shipping. Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service International Priority Mail. Most orders arrive within 5-7 to business days, excluding holidays.
International:
International orders are ship via United States Postal Service International Priority Mail. Delivery times vary from country to country, but most orders arrive within 10-14 business days. Express International shipping is available for an additional $20 per order and most orders arrive wtihin 5-7 business days. Recipient is responsible for all applicable customs, duties, tariffs, taxes or Value Added Tax (VAT), which are collected by the carrier upon delivery. We declare actual value of the merchandise for all orders.

Sales Tax:
All orders shipped to a New York State address will incur a sales tax of 8.875% except for apparel items.
Returns:
Your satisfaction is our goal.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise to us in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Limited editions, multimedia items, memberships, periodicals, calendars, posters, earrings, and sale merchandise are non-returnable unless defective. A restocking fee will apply for any items not received in its original condition. A refund or exchange will be issued for items returned, excluding shipping charges. All returns must be accompanied with a receipt/invoice.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact the store within five business days for instructions and an exchange or credit.
