The moment designer Sarah Carroll Kelly discovered her first lock of grey hair she knew it was now or never. The result is Shock Of Grey jewelry, hand-crafted, sustainable, bold and beautiful from unpredictable materials, such as wood, brass, plastic, silicone and acrylic. These pieces feature vivacious colors and playful shapes. Pieces are designed, wood cut, painted and constructed and built in her studio in Dublin, Ireland. Wherever possible, other parts are sustainably sourced. Sarah’s background in both sculpture and digital design provided the foundations for making mini wearable sculptures.
