Let Us Make Cake was a collaborative projection by dozens of artists expressly created for the façade of the New Museum. Participating artists created scale models of the museum, ranging in size from 11 inches to 11 feet. The results were projection-mapped onto the museum, monumentally animating and illuminating the entire 174-foot façade of this downtown landmark. In celebration of this project, ten projections were selected to be rendered into individual models of the New Museum. Available works by: Acconci Studio, Daniel Arsham, Chakaia Booker, Marilyn Minter, Mia Pearlman, The Reader, SOFTlab, Mary Temple, Alyssa Taylor Wendt, as well as a "create your own projection."
