Your satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact the Store within five business days for instructions and an exchange or Store credit.
Store credit will be issued for items returned with a receipt within two weeks of the purchase date (excluding shipping charges).
Returns will not be accepted on multimedia items, magazines, notecards, calendars, paper products, posters, earrings, sale merchandise, or any items not received in resalable condition.

All orders shipped within the continental United States are sent via FEDEX Ground. For international orders, we ship via United States Postal Service Internatioanal Priority Mail. Deliveries can not be made to Post Office Box numbers. Please note that all shipping quotes are estimates and will be subject to change.
